이인재 한국사회적자본연구소 대표의 저서 『태도로 승진합니다』의 영문판 『The K-Attitude: Beyond the Algorithm』이 글로벌 플랫폼 아마존에 정식 출간됐다.

본 저서는 고도화된 AI 기술과 초경쟁 글로벌 시장 속에서 커리어를 지속하게 만드는 핵심 요소를 'K-태도(K-Attitude)'로 정의한다. 저자는 공직생활 초반 미국 워싱턴 주재 한국대사관에서 근무하며 문화적 이해와 소통의 중요성을 인식했으며, 재임 기간 중 발생한 여러 난제의 실마리를 이로부터 찾아 해결했다. 

현재는 전북대학교에 재학 중인 외국인 학생들에게 한류 콘텐츠와 문화를 강의하며 K-태도가 AI 시대의 새로운 경쟁력 원천임을 전파하고 있다. 책에서는 연차가 쌓일수록 피드백이 사라지는 리더들의 고립 위험을 경고하며 성실, 진실, 겸손, 공감, 배려를 5가지 핵심 역량으로 제시한다.

이번 신간이 해외로 파견되는 한국인 비즈니스맨과 공직자, 그리고 한국에 부임하는 외국인 비즈니스맨과 공직자들에게 실질적인 도움이 되기를 기대한다.

New English Book 『The K-Attitude: Beyond the Algorithm』 Released on Amazon 

『The K-Attitude: Beyond the Algorithm』, the English edition of Lee In-jae's book, has been officially published on the global platform Amazon.

This book defines 'K-Attitude' as the core element for sustaining a career in the era of advanced AI technology and hyper-competitive global markets. Early in his public service career, the author served at the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Washington, D.C., where he realized the importance of cultural understanding and communication—a perspective that later provided the clues to resolving various complex administrative challenges throughout his tenure. 

He currently lectures on K-content and culture to international students at Jeonbuk National University, promoting K-Attitude as a source of competitiveness in the AI era. The text warns of the isolation risks faced by leaders as feedback fades with seniority and presents diligence, integrity, humility, empathy, and consideration as five foundational capabilities.

This guide is expected to serve as a valuable resource for Korean businessmen and public officials dispatched abroad, as well as foreign expatriates and diplomats arriving in South Korea.
