인공지능 시대의 생존 전략, ‘태도’에서 찾다 

이인재 한국사회적자본연구소 대표가 신간 『태도로 승진합니다』 출간을 기념해 고창 선후배 모임인 '고인서'와 함께 북토크를 개최했다. 

업무의 상당 부분을 알고리즘이 대체하는 시대에 인간 직장인의 차별화된 경쟁력은 '함께 일하고 싶은 사람'이 되는 것이다. 이 대표는 35년간의 공직 경험을 바탕으로 성실, 진실, 겸손, 공감, 배려를 조직 내 신뢰를 구축하는 전략적 역량으로 재해석했다. 특히 이번 행사에서는 저서 판매 수익을 활용해 전국의 청소년기관에 책을 기부하겠다는 계획을 밝혔으며, 참석자들도 이에 적극적으로 동참했다. 

스펙이 과거를 증명한다면 태도는 미래를 설계한다. 어려운 환경에 놓인 청년들이 태도를 통해 좌절하지 않고 꿈을 향해 정진하기를 기원한다. 

Survival Strategy in the AI Era Lies in 'Attitude' 

Lee In-jae, representative of the Korea Social Capital Research Center, held a book talk with 'Goinseo,' a gathering of seniors and juniors from Gochang, to celebrate the publication of his new book. 

In an era where algorithms replace much of the work, the unique competitiveness of human professionals lies in becoming someone people want to work with. Drawing from 35 years of public service, Lee reinterprets diligence, integrity, humility, empathy, and consideration as strategic capabilities to build organizational trust. Notably, he announced plans to donate books to youth agencies nationwide using book proceeds, a cause enthusiastically supported by attendees. 

While credentials prove the past, attitude designs the future. It is hoped that young people facing difficulties will persevere and pursue their dreams through the power of attitude.
