한양대 지능형로봇학과 학생 대상 '태도가 경쟁력이다' 특강 성료

이인재 작가가 한양대학교 에리카 캠퍼스 지능형로봇학과 재학생들을 대상으로 '신뢰받는 사람의 5가지 습관: 태도가 경쟁력이다' 특강을 진행했다. 

인공지능과 알고리즘이 업무의 80%를 대신하는 시대에 역설적으로 가장 중요한 것은 기술이 대체할 수 없는 '함께 일하고 싶은 사람'이 되는 것이다. 이 작가는 스펙이라는 '아이언맨 수트'는 누구나 입을 수 있지만, 결국 승부는 수트 안의 사람에게서 갈린다고 설명했다. 로봇과 기술을 다루는 공학도들에게 리더십의 원천이 되는 인간적 신뢰와 태도의 가치를 전달하며 큰 호응을 얻었다. 

첨단 기술의 최전선에 서 있는 청년 학생들이 미래 전문가로서 갖추어야 할 내면의 소프트웨어를 점검하는 계기가 되기를 바란다.

Special Lecture 'Attitude is Competitiveness' at Hanyang University 

Author Lee In-jae delivered a special lecture titled "Five Habits of a Trusted Person: Attitude is Competitiveness" to students of the Department of Intelligent Robotics at Hanyang University ERICA Campus. 

In an era where AI and algorithms replace 80% of tasks, paradoxically, the most crucial factor is becoming 'someone people want to work with,' which technology cannot replace. Lee explained that while anyone can wear the 'Iron Man suit' of credentials, the ultimate outcome depends on the person inside the suit. The lecture received a strong response by delivering the value of human trust and attitude, which form the source of leadership, to engineering students dealing with robotics and technology. 

It is hoped that this serves as an opportunity for young students at the forefront of advanced technology to check the internal software required as future experts.
